How To Treat Acne [Cheap And Effective]

Hey guys, I know a lot of people have problem with acne. So don't come in here and flame me saying you never had acne and acne is for nerds and losers...because guess what? ANYONE can have acne. On to the guide my young kids.

Items Needed:

Now, you can buy these items at a local grocery store. For example, Ralphs, Vons, Jons, etc.

Neutrogena Clear Pore Oil-Eliminating Astringent

When this is applied (steps listed below) it may or may not have a burning sensation on your face depending on how severe your acne is. Don't worry it lasts 2 seconds.

Calamine Lotion

This just a pink liquid and on contact it starts to dry up, its used to dry your acne. The original purpose is to cure poison ivy, oak, sumac.

Round Cotton Pads

You can buy the ones that have embroidery on them, it doesn't really matter.

Price:

Astringent: Around $5
Calamine Lotion: Around $3
Cotton Pads: Around $3

Steps:

1. In the morning make sure you take a shower with warm water, if you don't take showers in the morning be sure to wash your face with warm water before using these products.

2. Pour a little bit of the Astringent on a Round Cotton Pad, enough so you can use it on all the problem spots on your face. Wipe it all over. The reason this may or may not burn is because it goes deep into pores and cleans out the dirt inside of them.

3. MAKE SURE THIS STEP IS DONE AT NIGHT BEFORE YOU GO TO BED.Now repeat step 2 and wait until that has dried. After that is done, dab some the Calamine Lotion onto a pad and wipe that all over your face and let that dry. After that's done just go to bed and the next morning you should see results.

4. Repeat every day

Good guide, I know if I had read this in my middle school and high school years (which was like... 4 months ago) I would have used it.

I wanted to write a guide about this looks like you beat me
