Some of the sub-forums you're suggesting are not even in demand, or would even be active enough. As a result, I don't feel the layout you're suggesting would even be useful.

The forum layout for the Black Market is currently fine as it is, and if someone is really interested in selling their account or promoting their service, then they will bump it time and time again to do so.

I do not support.

 

This has been suggested before and denied.

There's not really been a great shift in staff nor has there been an uproar regarding the matter.

Sorry but the RS marketplace is fine and expanding sub-forums would make it more organized but appear less active.

Also: When you state that we should add a "Pures' sub-forum, wouldn't Berserker Pures be included? Why do they require their own sub-forum? Also, the "Price Check Thread" sub-forum. It wouldn't be a thread anymore considering it's a collection of threads requesting price checks. It's rare to see people answer the requests so that'd only make the forum look dead.

Arrange and plan your ideas a bit better next time. Think about it.
