I have a tank that doesn't meet all the reqs.
89 range, 75 def, 84 mage, has mith gloves, 138/175 qps. Doesn't have lunar done.
BUT,
He has 99 wcing and fletching and 20m CASH, along with tons of other items including a fire cape. Original name, youtube videos, somewhat famous. Easily can get 94 mage with the cash and you can make a ton of cash my 76king in pvp worlds. Also with the new wcing update, cutting yews is a hell of a lot faster. A full inventory in 3-4mins with 99 wcing.
