Hey, I have a superheater script I wrote for Simba I can use.
When doing steel bars it gets you 90-100k magic xp/hr.
You must provide, natures, coal, and iron.
(Alternatively, you can wear http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Smithing_gauntlets and do gold ores for even more xp/hr but doing gold is not profitable)

I can Either do Super Heat Or High Alch. Either is fine. All I will need is gold(or coal and iron) , natures, and a firestaff <3. If alch then I need yew longs or magic longs(u) and i'll do it for.. say, 25m rsgp?

Where did you get the 25M figure from?

25M if buying just natures at mid price will get you 89,605 natures.
89,605 * 65xp per alch = 5,824,372xp

If he is starting at level 70, 25M will only get him to level 90, not 99.
