- F2p restrictions lifted, either because the account has been a member or because it has 10QP + 100 Total + 20 hours in-game time
- No registered email
- Rested for at least 3 days since creation (Hans says so)

Nice to have:
- Some combat levels
- Located in GE
- Empty inventory

Willing to pay 1.5M per account. Minimum 10 accounts per transaction.
