He sold me his account with 83 dung and 260k tokens for 50m, after the trade was completed he recovered his account. I've asked him if I could get a refund but he say's sorry no refund and deleted me from his msn list.

The display name doesn't show us anything, anyone can set their name as that if they wish. The pictures are also illegible in the current size. I'm closing this, feel free to post a new report with proper proof, format and properly sized pictures.
