Zerker Pure

[sektr]

Are there any elaborate guides on making a Zerker pure? I get the general idea, but what I'm looking for is a guide that will tell me which quests I need, then after the basic necessities are done the fastest way to get 175 qp for RFD without increasing defense.

Anything like that out there?
