    Anyone got a guide or certain things I should say to get unbanned for it?

    your actual appeal does little to help. Unless jagex update there appeal system in another 4 years like they did a few months back... your fucked.

    ban for ever ?
    or temp ban ? (Just wait till its unban in 14 days if its not perm ban )

    Macroing bans arent 14days... besides auto typing, or i think the auto clickers cuz they might think u usin mouse keys.
