It may seem fun to go around DDoS people, but hey, when you're a dumbass, like Elvy666, things don't seem to go right for you. I doubt they'll go right for him after his VPS company contacts IC3 or his ISP.

Nice. Him DDoSing and posting a video if it on youtube is probably the stupidest thing that he could do. What are the possible out comes of this? Fines?

He uses proxies 24/7. I talked to him for a while, then he bans me cause he scammed a bot off me, but idc, sold it and gained profit from it. He uses proxies 24/7, I have one of his botnet's text. He sent it to me as an example through an internet coding site or w.e, haven't done anything yet though with it.

But I couldn't see the address you got, but i'm almost 100% sure that's not where he lives, he told me where.

 

I'd like to see the response you get, if any.

It's not his personal computers IP, it's the dedicated server he has that controls his botnet. I found the company he used for the dedicated server, and I'm sure they have his payment information. I explained how he was DDoSing people, and linked to the video in the complaint. The video shows him being on the dedicated server, and the persons IP, in the php file "nig.php" which I'm sure establishes a connection with his botnet. Basically, he's fucked if the information the dedicated company has is the real info.

Hopefully I do get a response, seeing as it's an abuse report, if I don't, i'll just file a report with IC3.gov and I'm sure they'll take action against the company and him.

Depends on his age. Could face jail time if he's over 18, if he's under 18, you're looking at a ban from access to the internet or something along those lines, with a fine most likely. Also depends on the size of the botnet.

 

He has many stolen paypals he uses to pay for things he uses. Remember? He hacks people? Why would he pay for it himself.

Also, he said everything he does, he uses a proxie for. But i'll wait and see what happens. If you want to go "spy" on him in his vent, here's the details. Btw, he call himself the DDoS King, or the Phishing King.

Bleh. I've only DDoSed one person, and he brought 120M into a BH World, and he had bsed me 3 times in the past. I vidded me killing him with flowers.
