    Why dont you, buy loda fire strikes or w.e the basic fire 1 is.. > go to lummy dummys, and attack them wif the fire strike... u get no hp ex but mage xp....

    Its to slow i tryd it only 15k exp per hour and the amounts of runes used for such a small amount of exp id rather ice burst rock lobs.
