Malaki Selling someone elses guide

He selling the guide to me, and he went first. After a long convo he decided that he would sell me the guide, for a pin. He gave me a download link for the guide. ( Thinking why would he out a download link to a guide his selling).
I read the guide scimming it. At the end it says

After i asked him who :: VeXille:: is and says its his cousin. On this rsbot.org profile he said that.
