need help with something

ok well i swaped my rs account for a wow account and he recovered his wow account a few days after so i recovered my rs account and it had a e-mail address on it but it was not activated
so is there any way i can get rid of his pending e-mail address so i can try to sell again sry if this is the wrong section but i knew more people would look at it on here
plz if u know what to do just post it here or pm me

Just got to account management -> Email Preferences and it should be somewhere in there

 

when i try to remove it it sends a code to his e-mail that he has set
and i need that code to remove it
but theres another code he needs to add to my account to activate it so he can recover
