Buying Rich accounts with 1 defence - WHICH HAVE NEVER BEEN MEMBER!

If you are talking about going into account recovery and looking at the bottom, then you are wrong. Jagex has fixed that and no matter what it will still say "Payment Options" etc.
So if this is the method you are talking about, then it no longer works.
