xToeKnee Sold me a leaked guide for $11

The guide below is the guide xToeKnee is selling, saying he made it july 27 2009.
When this was posted on november of 2008


he wouldn't even give me my refund , even if it was leaked.
he says its his guide but this was posted in november of 2008.

 

Talking to ToeKnee at the moment and I had asked him about this situation. He states that he did not know that it was leaked, and that Benwise90 had verified it.



Note - He did not log off in the middle of the chat, do not worry about that.

The problem I see is when I typed "runescape thin snail RWT" into google, the second thing is a direct link to the guide posted November 28, 2008. How can one not even check this I don't know.

To the global/admin that sees this I'm not sure if I have a call in this but I would see as a refund as the appropriate action to be taken. Also, I would like to see guides to be verified more strictly ( Check them in-game, search if it's leaked, etc etc.... ) so problems like this do not happen again.

 

bs, i don't believe him. he says on msn that you could transfer your lvl 3 skiller to main , which you can't. So he was just trying to make as much $ as possibleo off of people. He says he usually sells his guides $15 and gave me a deal for $11 , cause he needed it.. I saw in his thread that people bought his guide for $10.

i don't believe him one bit.

 

I also feel sorry for this guy http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=658529 who was also scammed by xToeKnee.

 

Verified it awhile ago, he assured me it wasn't leaked, free, etc. I mean, it worked, which is what the aim of verification is. I say he should give a refund, and we archive the guide.

 

he scammed the other guy too, I probobly won't get my money back which he made me claim and cancel or he won't accept it.

 

You have to check if it's leaked yourself....That's half the point of the verification, if they can get it for free, why are they paying?

Anyways, yes, someone should archive it and toeknee should issue a refund.
