Un-Deserved Infraction

It was infracted for accusation of scamming.

Please good sirs and madams tell me how that is an accusation of scamming.

I did not say he scams but i said his vouches were not legit. I mean have you seen them?

I cant believe you infracted me rather than him for having un-legit vouches.

Please reverse this infraction.

If you read the reason suggested why you were infracted, like the little message i left, you would see i put, "Please provide proof before making accusations". Didn't really say you said he a scammer, but by you saying that, you pretty much referred to him as one, and you did so with no proof.

Of course, I'm not going to deny this, I'll let another mod take a look and give their opinion on this.

I am going to reverse it since those vouches are completely worthless and you were merely stating the fact. I will leave this open for discussion, though. Mods?
