Hey guys im currently making a box staker his stats are currently:

Att:70
Str:51
Def:28
Range:70
Pray:1
Magic:55
HP:66

I was wondering where a good place to train my def from 28-40 im currently f2p and im waiting until i get 45def then getting members.

So if u could please tell me a good quick and emptyish place to train my def up it would be great.
