Banned, miscommunication and beying potrayed as a scammer

Dear Moderator,

I just got banned, (http://sythe.org/report-scammer/1925444-nom-nom.html) which I totally disagree on, because of the following reasons:

1. Crimson claims I would give him EXCLUSIVE rights of advertising in my group chat, which is NOT true. I told him that I was looking for a SPECIFIC website to promote. There are many other people that just do merching through SKYPE. Anybody would know that having the exclusive right to advertise is IMPOSSIBLE in a group chat with over 70 very ACTIVE users. Even with moderators thats just impossible to monitor. He was the ONLY gold seller being advertised on my Youtube Channel & Website.

2. He claims I kicked him from the chat before our 1 month period was even fulfilled. This is NOT true, he got kicked out of the chat after 30 DAYS. 30 days is very common and reasonable period for 1 month.

3. I Send traffic to his website for 30 days straight from 3 different channels, here are the statistics he sent me himself: http://i.imgur.com/IivJ4L7.png

4. He only started complaining after I made it clear to him that I didnt want to partner up in the future for just 10$. Thats when all the problems started. I told him that i would rather build my own Sythe rep, which he clearly tried getting out of my head.

5. Hes giving insufficient evidence that me or my 'helpers' are harassing him, with some pictures or chat posts that literally anobody can make. That's NOT me.

All things short, I think this is a very sad situation. A miscommunication between 2 persons. I'm clearly not a scammer, as the traffic that I send to his website shows. Also the first moderator that was looking at the 'case' said there is NO reason for a ban. If I have to pay the 10$ to get unbanned, so be it, because my account means a lot to me. But I still totally disagree with this situation. Im glad that I get the chance to show my side of the story. Please reconsider the ban, if needed I WILL show more evidence.

Crimson has messaged me saying he was refunded.

 

I'm good with an unban in this case. I think it was a big misunderstanding with no foul intentions. Would like a second opinion first, however.
