IP banned, why?

    IP banned, why?
    My friend named hellkid227 on these forums got IP banned like a month ago. He has always been wondering what was the reason to this ban since the only thing he was doing on sythe was offering a powerleveling and questing service. He then asked me to post a thread on the Dispute forums to ask a Moderator or Admin the reason this ban. And this is why I'm posting now.
