How to Upload a forum

What this does: Explains how to upload a forum
Difficulty: Well seeing most people have problems with this, 5/10 for first timers lol.

Note: Reason why I'm making this tut is so people wont message me on MSN anymore XD and because I hate seeing so many SMF forums.


Step 1: Download a forum, free ones: (Of course nulled works too )

Step 2: Get a host for your forum some free ones:

Best ones I think are 000webhost and freehostia. - You decide.


Step 3: Download a FTP, recommended: FlashFXP: http://www.flashfxp.com/ or SmartFTP: http://www.smartftp.com/ - You decide again .


Step 4: Once you downloaded a forum you will need to upload it using the FTP, your FTP details can be found on your host, for 000webhost it is here:

Then it will say your username and password which then you can use to log into your FTP, on flashfxp here:



Step 5: Once you did that this will come up and put in your FTP details:


Then to transfer the forum you would locate it then do as follows:



Once that is done you will need to make a mysql database, you will need to look further at the details that come along with your forum software.

Step 6: 'The MySQL Database'
Well to make a mysql database you would need to go to the link 'MySQL' under Software / Services:


Once there you will need to follow your forum softwares directions.

Cool guide, this might be useful sometime. Might be a good idea to add something about FTP's because not all would understand.
