Infraction for spamming?

[WoW is fun fun]

"Do you need a clear definition on what a insult is?

I am stating that he paid moderators for his rank, which is somewhat true. Last time I checked Finn, you have been leaking a lot. According to the staff section."

How is this spam? Perfectly relevant.

Also, if it's a double post infraction, I was replying to NickV, then Finn posted whilst I had already posted.

The Sythe.Org Official Rules
Users will receive 1 infraction for the following:
- Spamming: (in general):
* Posting short, unhelpful comments (such as "cool", "nice acc," etc).

Now explain to me how saying he paid for moderator is relevant to his promotion? I'll answer for you, it does not. Your infraction was warranted and will not be reversed.

Not only that, but it came after being warned not to post there again.
