Assassin Unfair Ban Dispute

I was notified that I had apparently been banned for assisting Beast in ban evading. Firstly, I thought this wasn't a major issue due to the fact that beast's ban wasn't a trade related ban like for scamming, but for trying to get his money back from a scammer that scammed him. I was told I was banned because a staff member (Andy) said I couldn't post a thread. I had contacted a specific admin 3 or more times asking, because I wanted to get an admins stance AS THIS WASN'T IN THE RULES, but I wanted to be safe because there are so many gray areas within the rules, but I had been ghosted each time.

Beast and I run a server together because we both have our own businesses, but we both do business together. That includes me investing in training on some of his accounts to sell, this also includes beast and I paying 50/50 for a name to flip. Beast and I share 8-10 or so names. Is that against the rules too? There is literally no Sythe Rules Written saying this is a bannable offence, and one that lasts an entire month with no warning is absurd. When I messaged Andy I asked if i could make a thread to sell his accounts in which he said no, I was asking about accounts I did not have a foot in. The account on that thread that was listed, I paid for the inferno cape and lent gear for the inferno. Seth did the cape. I invested in the account, even if its a smaller percentage, I part own it because the inferno cape adds value. Just because I am not OO doesn't mean I don't own it in some way. Same goes with names except I own all the names and im the OO of the names, and beast has 50% in quite a few. Would this also be considered assisting a ban evader? Who knows, i've not gotten a solid response yet from any staff.

Staff should update the rules with this stuff, I remember when I got banned for tweeting which was a fair ban, I could still have people advertise names for me on sythe since it wasn't a trade related ban aka for scamming. Beast's is not a trade related ban either, so he would fall under the same category. That's even if I didn't partly own the account that was advertised.

**Staff reasoning for my ban is because I ignored Andy and still posted it anyway.**

1. Where is the Sythe Rule stating what I did is against the rules even if I had no involvement in the account.
2. Since when did one mods opinion rule over every other mod. I thought you guys had to agree and come to a collective decision, something I hope you do on this appeal.
3. I had asked top level staff (admin) but didn't receive a concrete answer ever. I get that they are busy but a quick piece of advice would of prevented this whole fiasco.
4. When I asked Andy I was referring to the whole list of accounts that only Beast owned, not the few I had my foot in. I assumed it wouldn't be an issue if I sold them because they are part mine, but I was wrong. I should of asked more opinions, but I could of been ghosted again, and we would still be in this situation
5. In the past, these rules were way more lax, an example being given above for when I was banned for tweeting as it wasn't a trade ban. I was still allowed to sell my names through a proxy and got staff approval. You guys did absolutely nothing when Amy was selling at least 100 of Majora's RSNs with loads of proof, why is what I am doing now all the sudden against the rules? It makes zero sense. Especially because Majora was market banned for name sniping, but at that time admins said it was ok?

Note: I absolutely do not think Andy's opinion is irrelevant, it is relevant, and I should of got more clarification and been more descriptive, but with things in the gray area it can be tough to know if you are in the right or the wrong. Thanks for reading.

Quoting The Sythe Rules

"Posting on behalf of banned users is strictly prohibited unless the post pertains to a pardon, report, dispute, or other serious events which they may have information for. Doing so will result in an infraction."

I do not understand why I did not get Infracted here, and instead got banned for a month. I understand Andy told me not to, but I thought it would be okay because before my discord got banned, I had proof we shared the account + I thought one staff members opinion didn't take precedence over everyone else's. I really didn't mean for this to happen, as I did detail in my other dispute.

Please reconsider this, all I've ever done on Sythe is help staff catch scammers (Detective Rank) and work hard to antiscam and get victims their money back from scammers. I have done more good things for this community than bad things. I also have generously donated 2k to the site, I doubt that makes a difference, but I want help staff understand how committed I am to supporting Sythe. Thanks again
