    Unfair ban

I was banned from sythe a few days (or maybe a week) back for something that I did not do. Recently, I found a thread posted by Matt (finalfantasy-cloud) asking people to train various skills on his account. After messaging him and telling him that I would train from 1-53 thieving on his account for the price of one membership pin, I began to train. Two days later, I informed Matt that I was finished and asked for payment, but he told me that he did not want to pay me because I said I would only take one day, but I took two, so he was not happy with the service.

Obviously, I felt like I had been scammed out of two days of work, so to make things even I forced him to pay me whether or not he wanted to, by getting myself a few 26K tricks for my account. I feel that this isn't scamming, for I completed a service for him and he told me straight on that he did not want to pay me for my services. So of course afterwards he makes up a fake story about actually giving me a pin for 1-53 thieving and wanting to pay me for 53 - 60 (why would he pay me another pin for 7 levels when I only got one for a whole 53 levels). He also gave me a pin number and told me that that was the pin that he gave me (of course it said "incorrect payment window for pin" because he had obviously used it before giving it to me). Being caught up in anger, I did not take pictures of the initial conversation where he told me he would not pay me, but I don't want my sythe account that I have conducted numerous trades on since mid 2007 to be permanently banned because I didn't take two screenshots and got framed by a scammer.

Also, let's use a little logic here: Matt admitted to me training 1-53 thieving on his thread in the "Report a Scammer" section, so why would I level up his account that had 500k on it to 53 thieving AND THEN steal gold off of his account and put my sythe account that I have had since 2007 and traded, received vouches, and gave vouches on at risk? Does this really make any sense at all? In addition, why would Matt pay me a second pin for seven levels that I could gain within a couple hours when he only "paid" me one pin for gaining 53 levels on his account (he NEVER paid me in the first place)?

Hopefully an administrator can understand that I got completely framed by a Sythe forumer that did not feel like paying me for the service that I provided and made me look like a scammer for extracting payment from him myself after I had provided the service by training his account. I really don't want to see my only Sythe account go to waste over one bad trade that I did not take pictures of and allowed myself to get framed over. I'm sure an admin could talk to any of the people that I have traded with (besides Matt) and they would them that I have conducted smooth trades with them in the past and am not the type to lose my sythe account and all of it's reputation over less than half a million coins unless I was wronged in some way.

    Please understand,

    Go L Den

    Blackmailing constitutes scamming.

If you break your agreement, as you did, then he has no obligation to stick to his end of the bargain either.

    Denied.
