    A name or MSN address would have been useful.

    If it needs to be dealt with on MSN, then you'll have to wait to contact me or one of the other admins on MSN. If you cannot reach an admin (I may not be on MSN for a while, due to internet problems), talk to a mod and they can relay your issue.
