Ban evaders [Proof]

There is this guy who I talked to before. He is a pure scammer. Recovers accounts after selling, and more. He admitted it. I will show you how he ban evaded.

SAME MSN, TWO ACCOUNTS.

 

None of his accounts have been banned, the IP's match, but yeah.

 

So its Allowed to have multiple accounts? Why not ban him? Or did I misunderstand what you said?

 

You can have multiple accounts (although its frowned upon) as long as none of them are banned, if one of them ARE banned then all the other accounts will be banned as well.
