Recovering

    So, Basically this dude made an account, and 3 days later sold me. It was lvl3 and everything but it was out of tutorial already. He knows the first password(duh) but so do I. I registed the account with my email and it has my own recoveries. I changed the password right after getting the account. I also turned it member with my credit card. Does he have any chance to recover the account? It's been over an year so meh.

    No he doesn't. He has not got the membership id.

    Even if he somehow did you still have other passwords, membership id, and your email is also registered to it.
