First, how old are you? You're drinking beer, get drunk, get in a fight, but then go and tell his mom? That's really odd unless the drinking age is like 14.

However, he was drunk when it happened. Like just don't go to bars with him and the problem is avoided. If he's that big of an asshole just don't hang out with him anymore. I'd say go to the police if it happens when he's sober and not acting like a total idiot.

That's just my two cents on the situation.

 

Honstly the Police is going to do nothing because this kind of happended to me before. you have no proof, and i doubt your witnesses will talk. if you are bigger than your mate i suggest you march down to his house and kick his ass since he doesnt want to man up and say he hit you.
