I suggest a small team of active members that are chosen by globals/admins to help clean up the spam report forum (43 threads) and warn/infract rule breakers.
A few rules for these "mini-mods" could be:
1. Only infract/warn members that were reported, so that real moderators can check up if they want.
2. Infract/warn by the rules, of course.
3. Don't break rules yourself.
Also, these spam report mods can be very limited in power (and should be) and only able to infract/warn and move threads in the spam report forum to the spam report archive, nothing else. A new rank for them isn't needed but would be a nice way to express gratitude.
I guess it'd be a little work to put together and get up and running but I am willing to bet that the work would pay off. Even just a few new faces working to help the community as a whole would be a tremendous benefit to everyone.
I would appreciate it if any members or staff post their thoughts on this suggestion.
