Which of the giftcard is great for online purchasing , won't reduct your money? I used to buy All Access Visa Gift Cards because they don't deduct money when your trying to add the card to the paypal account which I'll be using. Has anyone used a " Pre-Paid VISA/AMEX/MASTER " card that when you add it to your paypal account , do they refund the 1.95$ they take for verifying?
