need help with rs pin

ok so i have a rs sms uk pin and when i ever try to redeem it it always says invalid payment window for pin. yet i know the pins valid because in the same window after i get the message i change a few numbers and then it says invalid pin. so i know my pin is valid, but why the fuck do i keep getting invalid payment window?

Ring runescape support, or email them and speak them through it.

I think that means the phone number that was used to get the PIN has already done 3+ PINs

 

many thanks he was getting rather annoying, and thanks young link, that might be why. guess ill just have to buy another pin

 

Mine did the same thing, I sold it and it worked for the other person.
Try changing the phone number, cause 2-3 is the max with one number.
Try making sure the right Area, Uk.
Or contact Jagex, they will fix it.

 

too bad common sense isnt common...
maybe you cant validate pins bought in other countries

 

go to sms, and click on, i already have a pin, click to redeem it, its around those lines, but youll find it. Make sure your countries set to UK, and type it in. if it doesnt work, then are you sure you texted in for it and it was rang up for?

 

That can mean either 1 of 2 things: the pin has already been used or you have the wrong country (try usa, canada, australia, etc.)
