i got scammed on paypal the other day.

I was buying some rsgp for runescape the other week.
I sent the money 40$ in total, and the seller assured me i would get the rsgp soon and gave me the account that would give me the rsgp in game.
So after asking when i would recieve the money he never replied.
I know his paypal email and his hotmail email and i think he was too stupid to make fake accounts.
I found out his paypal was verified by bank account.
Could i crack down this loser and get my 40$ back or do you think paypal wouldnt give a rats *** about me and my situation/

You don't, but I can assure you he does. People who scam are usually no older than 15.

Did you took pictures (screen shots) of the conversation? More specifically: Him logging out after you sending him the money?

Call their parents, explain the situation and I think they would be very disappointed with them and their parents would probably make them pay you back.

Yes it does , scammers arent above 16 usually and if parents cares about 'em abit , it will work like hell

 

Mate, people who get scammed should really take more care, i do feel sorry for you, 40$ doesn't sound a lot, but every bit helps yeah?, anyway call paypal say he took your money which is fraud, you can sue him, people won't believe me, but it's a type of fraud, and fraud is suable, on verified try sending him money, or something and it will show if they have a comfirmed address, then go from there my friend, Hope i helped.
