Accusation of scamming - infraction

Yesterday, i received an infraction for an accusation of scamming without proof.

In my defense, i was not accusing him of scamming, i was simply saying this
could be scam, i did not intend for it to come across as an accusation. This
is reassured as i even offered to buy the guide if it was verified.

If someone can look into that more closely, thank you.
