Please help me with my appeal!

Hi, I recently checked my very old banned account for the heck of it and I now have an option to use a appeal again which is weird because I already used it. Could someone please help me with it or point me into the right direction to a guide that helps out with them. The offence is for bug abuse so I would need to know which option to choose. (1. Someone else had access to my account, (which someone actually did) or 2. I think customer support have made a mistake). Then I would need to have a legit explanation. If someone would help me I'd be so thankful, thank for your time.
