Need Help Applying PayPal for Mems!!

I used a rewards site to withdraw $7.50 to my PayPal account (verified by bank). When I go to sign up under Account Management, I go to PayPal then when I sign in it asks for cred card info. I don't have one.. I don't know why I can't just use my balance. Is there a way to get around this, or does anyone have an empty cred/debit card I can borrow?

I believe that it take more then 7.50 for membership via PayPal. You need to change the payment to PayPal balance.

If not, you might want to get a spare pre-paid credit card.

 

woot nevermind! i guess i tried it too early, right when the payment came. it worked now, a full $7.50 but i dont mind because nobody was selling pins =p
