No, this is pretty real, I dunno about the F2P mod posting thing, but download the RS Mod Package and you will see all of these things. You dont even need internet to view the Mod Package. I forgot the link but it is on Sythe.

 

Im quaranted it isnt fake...ive seen this before.

 

the f2p posting on forums might be fake but the mod centre and mod forums is very real.

 

Look at the Pmod application process section. Now look at the 7th paragraph. At the last sentence it says, "UR NOW A FULL MOD". I'm pretty sure jagex doesn't use the word "UR" instead of you're.
