Account banned (was hacked).

Alright, well I got my account back today after it was hacked around a month ago. I found out that it was banned, and that the hacker used up the appeal, but the appeal was denied. Is there anyway to message Jagex about this to get it unbanned?

 

Its probably locked. Fill in the lock appeal form with all the info. It should be unbanned.

 

Im pretty sure on the fourms on the runescape website, theres a way to contact jagex regarding your account. But the only issue with that is that its only open sometimes for posting, and closed somethimes. Good Luck

 

The best way to contact Jagex would be through the Runescape Forums. If that is the wrong place to seek help, Jagex will tell you and direct you to the right place.

 

I don't think there is a way.. Unless you post on forums..
