So, I had the customer service manager look at your order, the order comments, here is what I got.

06/25/2009 17:00:40 need confirmation call called by david , nobody take the phone

You scream scam when he didn't even confirm the call. it was never started.

first off: in the claim you stated the item was not delievered, which means, there isn't a refund button, that's only for claims that you got a different item or it arrived differently then planned.

The MANAGER can ONLY refund. NO other operator OR worker can refund. The managers come to work at 7:00pm central time zone.

They start do your order, so you scream scam.

Stop trying to stir up e-drama, post proof of the so called 'scam'. If you fail to provide proof of the 'scam' then I will have you infracted for accusing scam without proof.

Its funny that me and my dad spoke simultaneously with different voices and yet i pretend? Were you on the phone with us? No you weren't so shut the fuck and worry about yourself. You weren't there so you cannot talk.

EDIT:Also their is a button to refund the money because they did not deliver. I'm pretty sure the paypal rep from the security department i spoke to knows alot more then you do
