Right intention for infractions?

Okay well usually I don't do disputes but I feel that the good behind the action out-weighs the bad in these following infractions;

1. I was infracted for warning users of a members precense on Sythe 'Sithling' I couldn't post proof as I had to go out at the time, but as soon as i got back i posted evidence in his thread and resulted in a ban on his side.

So, warning members and getting a scammer banned outweighs the small marks against the forum rules right?

2. I was infracted for proposing an idea for Sythe. I just felt that it would be easier for the Admins to view the suggestion if it was higher on the thread rankings, sigh If only Finn was still active.

Also, I was suspicous on why T R I B A L had gave me the infraction, I had seen atleast 5 other staff members view the thread and they didn't take any action.

I feel that this harsh decision is because he was possibly offended over my opinions on his signature as I voted Blupigs over his.

Prehaps this is an act of vindication? Revenge for the moderator, I don't know and don't want to sound disrespectful, but It seems awfully possible that this was the reason.

Also, he's a Graphics moderator for a reason, I dare say anymore

You were never infracted on that thread. I'm not sure what your talking about.

I hardly see how being a graphics moderator means anything in correlation to his ability to moderate. The infraction was warranted, you didn't NEED to bump that thread. If you felt it was that necessary, you could have made a worthwhile post instead of saying "Need to bump". The infraction will stay.

Although, I do agree with your suggestion. Strike tags would be nice to have.
