Yes, this guide works! It's rather expensive but can get 350k-500k, depending how dedicated you are towards cooking, an hour if you have all the materials.

Other than getting the materials, as that can take a bit, it works perfect.

 

so its 250k/ hr ? not 400-500k?

If this is what I'm thinking of, then this guide is leaked all over youtube, help site, etc. I used this method to get 80-99 cooking in 6 days. Not sure if I'm allowed to mention what the method is, but if you do a google search for 450k+ cooking exp per hour, I'm sure you can figure it out. By the way, I have seen youtube videos on a method (maybe not this one...) at least a year ago.
