I'm just gonna go ahead and say this, about a month ago, I didn't know you existed, and to this day, you probably don't know I exist.

But lately, I've been noticing that you've been doing a lot of work, noticeable work.

I realize you just got promoted, and apparently it was a well deserved one, because you've been doing great things!

I've seen you answer A TON of spammer reports lately, and plenty other things, that all help everyone out.

So I'd just like to say that I think you're doing great, and Sythe wouldn't be as awesome if you weren't a part of it. :O

Sorry, but what else do you expect out of the first few days? If he didn't do anything noticeable this thread would be "dis kid dont do nuthin!1 y he mod??/".

He is kinda forced to do it. After the light isn't on him he can pretty much get away with murder and still remain a mod. I've seen it before. But, whatever. Good luck badger.

On Topic: I agree, this guy is doing a fabulous job but it's too early to make assumptions and give serious compliments. Yeah he's been doing a good job but let's wait a bit, it's only been 2-3 days.

I agree, he has been doing pretty good so far, but that is to be expected on his first few days. Lets see how he does once the limelight fades, and he isn't under as much pressure to deliver.

 

Yes he is doing good work for his first couple of days, but that is expected. I doubt anyone would be able to keep up for there 1-3 days of mod for a year. So you can't expect it but Congratulations on being promoted. Good luck!

 

Great thread; YEAH and badger is awesome, have noticed alot from him, and before he became a mod, he was nice, happy, and even now when his a mod his a nice guy!

In their first days of Modship, most people will have their bursts over activity. You'll start cleaning up all the things you see, and start flying through all the Reports for Mod Logs, and Post Count. (lol)

After a while you might keep on the Anti-Scam Sections for a little bit, but then you will begin how much of a nuisance they are becoming, and then start to fade away from monitoring your Section so much, as you feel there's so much work.

I think Badger is trying TOO HARD, and a result of it is being sloppy as well. Handing out Forum Bans already, and doing it quite improperly. Try not to be such an overachiever, because it'll catch up on you in the long run.

Seriously these threads get annoying lol. I see about 2 of these every time someone new is moderated. Will you guys ever make one 6 months from now? No of course not...

 

I'm sorry....I forgot I'm not allowed to make one mistake, god help me. It was a simple misunderstanding that already got fixed.

 

Some mistakes can't be taken back. I'd just be glad it wasn't a big one.
Who ever said you weren't allowed to make mistakes? Not everyone is perfect. Just don't leak any Staff Information, and all will be fine. :]
