I am 15 years old and I have a Paypal account with no money in it, I can't create a bank account until 16 so is there any other way to put money into Paypal without using bank, I live in United Kingdom, Newcastle
Buy a "moneypak" from the store. You can choose how much money you want to put on it there and then put the code in on your paypal and the money will automatically be put on.
Note: using a credit card gift card doesn't appear to put money in your account. (bal will say 0) but you can pay for things with the paypal still and it will take from the card. I used a mastercard giftcard to start mine off
I live in Belgium and I couldnt find like those prepaid gift cards so I always bought WoW prepaid cards and sold them on the internet for paypal money. Thats how I did it.
Do I need to sign up with a bank company to get prepaid gift card or can I just pick one up from shop and top it up and then put the code on Paypal
You can just go to the store and buy it there. They will need some personal info. like your name and age and id.
Just buy a prepaid card from a store with however much money you want on there. There will more than likely be one of these at a local store, or something along those lines. Other than that there really isn't another way since you are too young. You could try setting up a student account, but I'm not really sure on how that works. IWantlvl99 presented a pretty good idea with the WOW cards, but if you did this you would more than likely be losing money unless you have someway of getting them really cheap.
