Lol. It can't be done since the Soulwars update? WRONG. You can use bandages on other players, and that raises the activity bar up half for each bandage. Whats it's hp lvl btw? I got a 57, 40 atk, 1 def, 76 str, 31 prayer, and I garentee it would clean up your pure, as ur low hp.
