Suggestions.

I need suggestions on where to train my range tank currently 40 attack 60 strength 60 defence. I want to train it to 70 defence. Where do you think is the best place to train is where it doesn't take much work and you don't have to bank very often? It is member btw.

I like training with knives on the longrange option- it gives me range xp too.

But otherwise, ide just do slayer. It's a bit less boring but you get something else up along the way.

nope there isn't that many guides tbh. I might just train pray until 70 defence for the pray exp to so I don't need to waste cash on pray or i might train on spiders. Thank you for your help guys.
