Ownage, you don't need a members account to post on the forums, you just need 12.5M xp overall. So if you don't have that much XP, just ask me or ownage to do it.

It looks more like your account is locked.

Appeal the lock (theres nothing in the ban part, or anything).

 

Appeal to them or use forums

It might just be a late offense. It's happen to me several times.

Wait a few hours-days, the offense will be there for you to appeal eventually.

Like Pokemonerz2 said, it could be a late offense or if you recently jut appealed one it may not be processed all the way through yet.
