whats better to pay with paypal so a scammer wont refund , gifting the payment or claim and cancel ??

 

even with claiming and cancelling, they can still get it back if they're funded with a credit card. you should make them put something like "I acknowledge that the payment I am sending is for virtual goods and they aren't trackable. I accept the risk and this and I will not reclaim this money." It may not guarantee your safety with trading but it will hopefully help.

I heard gifting is safe but I also want to find out incase it isn't.

 

I think gifting works the same.
If they claim that their credit card was stolen they can claim it no matter what.

i dont think there are any if all paypal are linked to credit cards
