What to make this into?

I'm going to have 18m in a few days. So money isn't a problem with anything really. So im not sure what to make this into, seeing as its my first p2p pvp character. Any ideas are welcome.

I'm thinking maybe 70 attack, 85 str, 70 def, 90 range? Idk

 

Rune pure or barrows if you want to waste time getting 70 pray

99 att
99 str
45 def
get torso
barrows gloves
zerker helm
I know im wrong on some things please someone correct me

 

Rune pure is 40 defence, 45 defence is zerker pure.

But other than that. 52 prayer, 99 attack, 99 str. Good pure. 94+ magic and 99 range if u feel like gettin that would be good too.

 

I am pretty sure you already have too much defense to become a correct rune pure.

If I were you, I would go towards Barrows pker.

99-99-70, 70 pray, 94 mage, 99 range
Barrows gloves.
