45 minutes elapsed, not long enough to recover an account (as far I know?). He also admitted to changing the password and also DID NOT SET new recovery questions. I also realize that chat logs are not acceptable forms of evidence but I'm sure he is willing to verify this information. I'm guessing it was a typo on his part.
