Runescapes Forgotten Password Service sucks...

I have been trying to recover a forgotten password for weeks now (Yeah Im retarted I forgot). I have a whole sheet of the recovery info. And Im denied every time..
Anyone know some tips? Because I've tried just about everything.

 

Keep trying, change the info around a bit everytime that might help.

 

Make sure you have the first password and the creation year correct. If you do it will be accepted.

 

I had both. All recovery answers perfect. The first PBP used on the account.
Only owner of the account and it still doesn't let me recover.

The service is pathetic.

 

If it's not letting you recover, and it's been a few weeks, then obviously, the infomation you've provided is incorrect.
Try recovering a "stolen" account. And see what infomation it says is incorrect if it so happens to be "denied"

 

You gotta remember. Proof must be at least 90% Correct, as they don't know if you are the real owner or not.

 

Yeah happens to me to i put the info in and it gets all declined but the funny thing is i recovered the same account like 7 times with the same info this is Bs


Try to get someone you know to put in a recovery request worked for me

 

get the right info.

 

I can easily steal friends accs but give them back when they relize just off year/month of creation and first pass or 2


so I dont understand why you should have a problem

 

It isn't the system, you just don't have the right information.

 

The First password the recovery's the date it was made, the first transaction date.

This is fucking retarded, Im going to file a stolen report. They really need a phone line so I can talk through this or so I can just piss them off because their service blows dogs for quarters.
