MSN Phisher (Pedophile maybe?)

I saw this guy in RuneScape announcing that he would give his account over to girls who send him their pictures. I decided to "fall prey" to him to get his e-mail address to screw around with him when I found out what his e-mail address was:

I decided that his e-mail address might also be his MSN address and seeing the address made me think that he is a phisher, too. So, I added him to my MSN address and asked him "is this really jagex?". The obvious response to that was "yes i work for jagex".

My next step was to ask him his name to see what he comes up with. He kept saying "confidential" until I gave him the list of credits and asked who he was. Eventually he gave in and said that he was Thomas S, the IT guy.

Well, as it turns out, he now has my [fake] RuneScape account [that I just made], because he asked if I wanted to be a moderator. (The account name is hilmfaorofl... such a silly and stupid name, really.)

Well everyone, what should I do? The two hacking organizations I know of died/are dying, so they're no help, lol.
