Dispute on Spamming Ban

I am disputing a ban I have on my account djweasel.

I have been on here a long time and I have been on great behavior when I got 2 dumb spamming infractions, this last one was because I saw Halo3Savior ask Phurium if he was doing a sig for Cambo. So I figured I'd ask what his price on Sigs were in the same thread. I could have reported Halo3Savior but I didn't because I wanted to see if I could get a sig. I don't know if Savior thought it was a joke or what.

I have also done alot and donated $50 so far, along with give aways and highly respected in the Xbox forum and I would like for you to reconsider my ban.
