You stated that he did not scam you, and considering the fact that the entire thing was basically Texted.. this is not acceptable.. Please, refrain from using textlogs/chatlogs/archives.. Only take pictures straight directly from the IM.

I'm aware of this, but you stated in one of the picture that he did not scam you.. So, I am considering this declined.. If he makes new accounts or anything he will be caught and punished.

 

what you mean declined? does that mean he is banned or that you declined my request to get him banned?

The first screen shot says what he does, gets reputation and then scams people.

 

Next time, please don't post the logs; we cannot consider them in the report.

But, he did admit to scamming in the screenshots, so he is banned.
